David White is a partner and Managing Director of Waimea Digital in the UK, with over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur, sales professional, working as a leader, coach and consultant. After spending twelve years in Denmark, David returned to his hometown of Manchester to set up our UK headquarters. He has written a book with expert and practical advice about the world of sales: Stop Talking. Start Selling: The Best B2B Sales Book for Sales Pros and Entrepreneurs. Amongst other things, David knows the ins and outs of how to grow and nurture sales teams and shares Waimea Digital’s vision of helping local businesses grow their online presence.

Development Director Mikkel deMib Svendsen is the co-founder of Waimea Digital and has been working professionally with search engines and SEO since 1996. He’s written seven books on all things SEO in Danish and English, has held more than 250 lectures at major international conferences and is regarded as an expert in search engines and the internet across radio, TV and newspapers.

Frederik Nørgaard is a partner and CEO, responsible for the daily management of Waimea Digital’s various teams. Frederik has years of experience with customer service, and solution sales within IT and new technologies. The idea is that experts and sales professionals need to share the customers’ goals in order to pursue their own.
